Return Policy

We want you to love your tech. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

  • Change of Mind Returns: You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or refund. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your gadget arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at support@gadgetec.com.au with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and replacement/refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • How to Start a Return:

    1. Contact support@gadgetec.com.au with your Order Number.

    2. Receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
